Located in the Seafront district, the hotel is approximately a 10-minute ride from the public parkland "Hove Park" and within reach of such shopping venues as Regency Square. The View also lies only 300 metres from Brighton Palace Pier and only 600 metres from Churchill Square Shopping Centre. The accommodation is spread out among popular attractions, such as restaurants and bars. The Brighton Palace Pier is just near this hotel. Pool Valley Coach bus station, allowing a good connection throughout the city, is merely 5 minutes on foot from The View Brighton.

Review by hotel critic
The location was fantastic, with breathtaking views of the ocean. the hotel also had a bar, restaurant, shisha place, and even a Burger King nearby, which was convenient for quick meals. The room itself was decent, with clean bedsheets and towels provided. I had requested two rooms next to each other, and the staff accommodated my request. One room even had a kitchenette, which was a pleasant surprise. However, there were some issues with the room, such as broken and mouldy windows, flaking paint on the walls, and a bathroom door that couldn't be shut properly. Overall, I found the hotel to be a budget-friendly option for those looking for a place to sleep. the beds were comfortable, and the shared kitchen was a nice addition. However, the lack of staff presence and the safety concerns with the room make it hard for me to recommend this hotel. Personally, I wouldn't stay here again, especially considering I work in traffic management and have experienced better accommodations around the country.
